The first Sorgentedelvino LIVE event was held in Agazzano castle, on the hills of Piacenza, in March 2009. In 2014 took part in the event 170 winegrowers, mainly from Italy here the list divided into 4 areas. Beside the winegrowers some excellent food producers and other partecipants:
- Nord Italia: Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Lombardia, Piemonte, Trentino, Val d’Aosta
- Centro Italia: Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche, Toscan, Umbria
- Sud Italia: Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardegna, Sicilia
- Estero: Croazia, Francia, Georgia, Slovenia, Spagna
